- 12 oz. (2 c.) ground, cooked ham
- 1/2 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 c. light cream or milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- few drops bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions

1In a bowl, combine ground ham, onions and green pepper.

2Place 1/3 cup of the mixture and 3 tablespoons shredded cheese at one end of each tortilla. Roll up. Arrange tortillas, seam side down, in a greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
