- 8 slices bacon
- 12 slices white bread
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs
- 4 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Cut crusts off of bread.

3Spread 6 slices in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Sprinkle with half of bacon and half of cheese.

5Repeat layer.

6Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

7Pour over top layer in pan.

8This may be covered and refrigerated overnight before baking.

9Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
