- 1 c. olive or vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. cooked spaghetti
- broccoli (optional)
Directions

1Heat oil and garlic in frying pan.

2Cook until garlic is brown.

3(If using olive oil, add about 1/4 cup water slowly to thin it out.)

4Add parsley, pepper and broccoli (optional) and simmer about 5 minutes.

5Serve over cooked spaghetti.
