  • 1-1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 Glazed Doughnuts

Directions

    Form 6-ounce patties with the ground beef. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill hamburgers to your liking, about 4 minutes on each side.

    Fry the bacon until done.

    In a saute pan, over medium heat, add oil and butter and heat until butter is melted. Fry eggs, 2 at a time, in the oil and butter mixture until egg whites are firm and yolks are still runny.

    Slice doughnuts and top with a hamburger patty, a slice of bacon, and 2 eggs.
