- 4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn in liquid
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c. softened margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cover chicken with water in Dutch oven.

2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

3Cover and cook 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

4Remove chicken from broth.

5Cool.

6Bone chicken, shredded in large pieces.

7Add to broth.
