  • 6 (32 oz.) bottles catsup
  • 6 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • brown sugar (enough to take edge off tomatoes)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. small amount vinegar
  • 13 lb. pork
  • 18 qt. tomatoes
  • 20 pt. corn
  • 6 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 8 Tbsp. salt
  • meat tenderizer

    Grind all meat and vegetables. Cook slowly until onion is clear, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Can or freeze.
