  • 3 Hot House Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Dice each tomato into 1/2-inch pieces.

    Add them into a medium mixing bowl and set aside.

    Pull off the leaves from about half of the bunch of basil.

    Next, chiffonade the leaves.

    To do this, stack the leaves, roll them tightly, and slice into thin strips with a sharp knife.

    Add into your mixing bowl.

    Next, add in the remaining ingredients.

    Mix everything will and make sure to adjust the seasoning to taste so that all of the flavors are balanced.

    Let sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
