  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
  • 2 cups (475 ml) grated mozarellla cheese
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) grated Parmesan cheese

    Slice the french loaf in half, lengthwise.

    Peel and seed the tomatos, then dice.

    Mix the tomatoes with the garlic and seasonings.

    Brush the bread with the oil.
