- 4 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch strips
- 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. water
Directions

1In a 12-inch skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is cooked but not crisp, about 5 minutes.

2Push bacon and onion to side of skillet.

3Remove skillet from heat and arrange Brussels sprouts, cut side down, in skillet.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Add water to skillet.

6Cover and cook until sprouts are fork-tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.

7Stir sprouts, onion and bacon together to serve.
