- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. cooked tomatoes
- bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
- pepper
- 1/2 c. brussel sprouts
Directions

1Heat butter in frying pan.

2Add the celery, onion and cook slowly until they are yellow.

3Blend in the flour, salt and pepper and add tomatoes.

4Stir and cook until the mixture is thick.

5Put the brussel sprouts into a greased baking dish and add the tomato mixture.

6Sprinkle the crumbs over the top.

7Bake 350° about 30 minutes.

8Serves 4.
