- 3 (10 oz. each) tubs fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Bring 1-inch water to boil in large, deep skillet.

2Add sprouts, cover and cook over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.

3Melt butter in skillet.

4Add lemon juice, salt, almonds and sprouts.

5Stir over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until sprouts are hot.
