- walnut halves or pecan halves
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Remove loose leaves and trim ends from sprouts.

2Add to lightly salted boiling water and cook covered for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are tender but still bright green; drain and rinse with cold water.
