- 2 tsp minced garlic or 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan
- 1/4 cup grated fresh asiago
- 1/4 cup grated fresh romano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

1In a food processor, blend basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.
