- 7 1/2 oz of dark chocolate bars (or 1 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips)
- 1 package (12.3-oz) silken tofu (such as Mori-Nu)
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Tofu Note: The pie will be firmer if you use firm tofu and more like mousse if you use silken tofu.

11. Melt the chocolate bars/chips.

22. Combine the melted chocolate with all of the other ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

33. Pour the mixture into a pie pan.

44. Chill the pie in the refrigerator until firm. The pie will get firmer the longer it sits.
