Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz of dark chocolate bars (or 1 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips)
  • 1 package (12.3-oz) silken tofu (such as Mori-Nu)
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Tofu Note: The pie will be firmer if you use firm tofu and more like mousse if you use silken tofu.

Directions

    1. Melt the chocolate bars/chips.

    2. Combine the melted chocolate with all of the other ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    3. Pour the mixture into a pie pan.

    4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator until firm. The pie will get firmer the longer it sits.

    5. Keep any extra covered in the refrigerator.
