- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Heat first 4 ingredients in saucepan until butter melts.

2Cool to 105° to 115°.

3Stir in yeast until dissolved.

4Place flour in large bowl; add milk mixture and stir until blended.

5Cover and rise in warm place about 1 hour and 20 minutes (double).

6Roll to 1/4-inch thickness on floured surface.

7Cut into 3-inch squares. Dip each square in melted butter.
