  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough (thawed)
  • 1/4 c. oleo or butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mince or mash 2 - 4 cloves of garlic in olive oil. Refrigerate for a day or so.

    Slice Italian bread part way through.

    Spread with oil and garlic mixture, wrap in foil and heat in oven.
