Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably wheat, such as Russian Standard; 3/4 ounce Aperol; 1 ounce fresh lemon juice; 1 ounce fresh orange juice; 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2 teaspoons honey mixed with 1 teaspoon warm water); Ice; 1 ounce chilled Prosecco; 1 orange wheel and 1 spiral-cut lemon twist, for garnish

Ice
1 ounce chilled Prosecco
1 orange wheel and 1 spiral-cut lemon twist, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Aperol, lemon juice, orange juice and honey syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain into a chilled ice-filled collins glass and top with the Prosecco.

Garnish with the orange wheel and lemon twist.
