Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 (14 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 6 (1 g) Splenda quick packs

Directions

    Stir all ingredients togther in bowl and pour into a greased 13 X 9 cassereole dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes -- or until lightly browned on top and set.

    Can be served warm (best!)

    or cold.
