  • 16 oz. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening

Directions

    Beat peanut butter and margarine at medium speed with electric mixer until blended.

    Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until blended.

    Shape into 1-inch balls and chill 10 minutes or until firm.

    Microwave chocolate and shortening at high setting for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.

    Dip each peanut butter ball in melted chocolate mixture until partially coated.

    Place on wax paper to harden.
