Buckeye Candy Balls

  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 2 lb. peanut butter
  • 3 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix well.

    Roll into small balls and refrigerate until very cold.

    Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
  4. 4
    Add a little vegetable oil.

    Drop several balls at a time to coat them.

    Use tongs to remove them and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until coating is firm.
