- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. shortening
Directions

1In medium bowl, mix sugar, peanut butter and margarine until blended, kneading with hands, if necessary.

2Shape peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls.

3Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

4When peanut butter balls are firm, in saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate chips and shortening until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally.

5Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
