- 34 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- chocolate almond bark
Directions

1Cream together the softened butter and peanut butter.

2Add the powdered sugar.

3Mix until the powdered sugar is completely mixed.

4Mixture will look like the color of peanut butter and will be crumbly.

5Roll the mixture into small balls.

6Heat the chocolate almond bark according to the package.

7After stabbing a peanut butter ball with a toothpick, dip it into the chocolate.

8Put the Buckeye onto a wax paper lined cookie tray.

9Store Buckeyes in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.

10Easy to halve the batch.

11Time consuming to roll out all the peanut butter balls but totally worth the effort!
