- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 None egg, beaten lightly
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions

1Sift flour and baking powder into a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in egg and buttermilk then stir in butter.

2Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-low heat. Add tablespoonfuls of batter to pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip over and cook until bottoms are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
