- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 cup chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Mix together the dates, baking soda, and boiling water.
