  • 1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • fruit pie filling or fruit
  • 16 oz. firm tofu
  • graham cracker crust (deep)

Directions

    Blend condensed milk, lemon juice and tofu in electric blender until firm and smooth.

    Pour into crust.

    Top with fruit pie filling or other drained canned or fresh fruit.
