  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 14 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 12 ounces ranch salad dressing or 12 ounces blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups cheese (shredded or crumbles)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Spray a 9x9 or 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a small bowl combine chicken chunks & buffalo sauce, set aside.

    In large bowl combine potatoes, dressing, and 1-1/2 cups cheese.

    Spread half of potato mix in baking dish, spread chicken chunks over potatoes, cover with remaining potato mix.

    Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake in 400F oven, 25 minutes.

    Remove foil bake another 20-25 minutes.
