- 2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 c. uncooked Quick cook oats
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Blend butter and sugars.

2Stir in eggs and vanilla.

3Sift salt, flour, soda and baking powder.

4Add to bowl.

5Mix well. Stir in oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.

7Cookies will be soft and chewy if you don't bake them until brown.

8Makes 36 big cookies.
