Buffalo Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 Oz. Can) Chicken In Water, Drained
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Blue Cheese Or Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and put into an 8x8 glass baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serve with celery or crackers (our family likes Wheat Thins or Triscut Thin Crisps the best).

    More or less buffalo sauce can be used depending on how much spice you can handle.

    Note: I recommend Texas Pete Sauce for this dip but Ive also tried it with a few of the sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings (medium, spicy garlic and hot).

    The only difference is that since these are thicker sauces, so I add 1/4 cup of water to thin them out.
