- 20 ounces, weight Ground Bison
- 1/2 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 5 slices Cheese Of Your Choice, Cut In Half
- 10 Slider Buns
- Lettuce Leaves
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Directions

1In a bowl combine bison, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2Mix well.

3If mixture appears too dry, add some cold water.

4Form 10 equal-sized slider patties using a measuring tablespoon, about 4 tablespoons for each patty.

5Place them on a sheet of parchment paper.

6(You can refrigerate patties wrapped in plastic wrap for up to 2 days.)

7In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

8Once skillet is hot, saute onions until soft.

9Preheat a gas grill to medium-high heat.

10Make sure grill is clean.

11Grill burgers for 1-2 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.

12(Grilling time depends on the kind of grill used, size of burger patties and climate.)

13Alternately you can cook them inside on a griddle over medium-high heat.

14Remove from grill once done.

15Add cheese on top of each mini burger, right after you remove them from the grill, so it can melt.

16Lightly toast slider buns and assemble the burgers, adding lettuce, sauteed onion, mustard, ketchup and mayo and any additional topping of your choice.
