  • 10 slices Chicken, Cooked
  • 4 ounces, weight Blue Cheese
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 6 ounces, fluid Frank's Red Hot
  • 2 ounces, fluid Butter

Directions

    Melt butter and Franks Red Hot together.

    Put blue cheese on the bottom slice of bread, pile on chicken and add Butter/Red Hot mix and chopped celery.

    Bake on a panini press until bread is crisp.

    My wife likes the sauce on the side and dips the panini; I prefer it on the actual panini.
