- 1/4 c. or 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 oz. hot sauce
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced or diced garlic
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 lb. chicken wings, well cleaned
Directions

1Broil wings until golden brown.

2Removing tray from oven, put wings in large bowl with cover.

3In small saucepan, put butter, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper and hot sauce.

4Cook on medium heat until boiling.

5Pour over the wings and cover.

6Shake until wings are well covered with sauce.

7Serve with celery, Blue cheese and fries.
