- 1 c. egg substitute
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
- 1 3/4 lb. fat-free cream cheese (3 1/2 eight oz. pkg.)
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, beat egg substitute about 2 minutes.

2Add sugar, cornstarch and vanilla.

3Set aside.

4In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

5Gradually add egg mixture, stirring well to combine.

6Fold in sour cream.

7Pour into sprayed glass pie plate or casserole or 10-inch spring-form pan.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

9Turn oven off and open door a crack and let cook for 1 hour longer.

10Let cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 6 hours.

11(If using spring-form pan, remove mold after 3 to 4 hours.)
