Turkey Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. water
- 3 c. diced turkey, cooked
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 c. milk
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Saute onion slowly in butter until tender, but not brown.

2Add potatoes, celery, water, salt and bouillon cube.

3Cover and cook until potatoes and celery are tender, about 15 minutes.

4Add milk, turkey and thyme.

5Heat just before serving.

6Stir in parsley. Makes 10 cups chowder, 8 to 10 servings.
