- 1/4 c. cayenne pepper sauce (red hot)
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Split wings at each joint and disregard tips; pat dry.

2Bake on a rack in a roasting pan at 425° for 1 hour, turning 1/2 way through cooking time.

3In saucepan, combine hot sauce and butter. Dip wings to coat completely.

4Serve with celery and Blue cheese dip.
