- 3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. Louisiana hot sauce
Directions

1Split wings at the joint and throw away the tips.

2Fry wings in deep fryer until they are brown and crispy.

3In the microwave or in a small saucepan, melt together the butter and hot sauce. Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken wings and stir until all are coated.

4Serve with celery sticks and Blue Cheese dressing.
