- 5 lb. chicken wings, cut
- 6 oz. melted butter or margarine
- 8 oz. hot sauce or red pepper sauce
- 4 oz. Heinz 57 sauce
- 4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
- 2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Deep fry or bake chicken wings.

2In a mixing bowl combine melted butter, hot sauce and Heinz 57 sauce.

3Mix well.

4Add paprika and cayenne pepper (be careful with the cayenne pepper; add to taste, the more pepper the hotter the wings).

5Note:

6The mixture will not taste as it will on the wings.

7Put wings into baking pan.

8Add sauce, stir gently then bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

9Serve with celery and Blue cheese dressing.
