  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings (12 to 15)
  • 1/4 c. hot sauce (Tabasco, Louisiana)
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Cut wings at joint.

    Deep fry at 400° for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy.

    Drain.

    Combine hot sauce and butter.

    Heat.

    Dip wings in sauce and coat completely.

    Bake on cookie sheet at 425° for 30 minutes.

    Turn; baste with more sauce. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
