- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings (12 to 15)
- 1/4 c. hot sauce (Tabasco, Louisiana)
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Cut wings at joint.

2Deep fry at 400° for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy.

3Drain.

4Combine hot sauce and butter.

5Heat.

6Dip wings in sauce and coat completely.

7Bake on cookie sheet at 425° for 30 minutes.

8Turn; baste with more sauce. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
