  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine; mix with potatoes.

    Add salt, pepper, onions, cream of chicken soup, cheese and sour cream.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Top with flakes and margarine.

    Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
