- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 (12 oz.) large curd cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c., grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
Directions

1Brown beef and sausage in oil.

2Simmer first 8 ingredients for 1 hour.

3Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese and set aside.

4Cook and drain noodles.

5Rinse in cold water and place half the noodles in pan. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles and top with half the mozzarella cheese, then half the meat.

6Repeat this process.

7Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 375° for 30 minutes. Makes 15 servings.
