- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Thaw potatoes for 45 minutes before assembling.

2Combine potatoes in 3-quart (13 x 9 x 2-inch) baking dish.

3Combine butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese with potatoes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°.
