  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 10 oz. shredded cheese
  • bread crumbs (dried)

Directions

    Thaw potatoes. Mix all together. Lightly oil or spray 13 x 9 pan. Spread mixture into pan. Sprinkle dried bread crumbs over top. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Salt and pepper to taste.
