- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. shredded cheese
- bread crumbs (dried)
Directions

1Thaw potatoes. Mix all together. Lightly oil or spray 13 x 9 pan. Spread mixture into pan. Sprinkle dried bread crumbs over top. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Salt and pepper to taste.
