- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 8 to 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thaw potatoes for approximately 45 minutes.

2Mix other ingredients, then add potatoes.

3Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
