- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
- 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (No. 2) can pineapple
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add pineapple with juice. Chill until slightly thick. Mix rest of ingredients and fold into congealed Jell-O. Mold in pan or muffin pans. Serves 12.
