  • 1 1/4 lb. round steak
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic or garlic powder

    Slice beef in thin bite size strips.

    Mix beef with all ingredients.

    Use hands to mix well.

    Put mixed beef into hot greased frypan using 1 tablespoon oil to grease.

    Fry quickly until brown and tender.
