  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can chilies or 1 small jar jalapeno peppers
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 brick Cracker Barrel extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt to taste
  • bag of tortilla chips

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until soft.

    Add chopped chilies or jalapenos (the more you use, the spicier it will be).

    Put tomatoes in a colander and squeeze them dry.

    Then add to onion and chilies.

    Slowly, add grated cheese, stirring constantly, until melted.

    Add salt to taste.

    Serve warm with chips.
