- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can chilies or 1 small jar jalapeno peppers
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 brick Cracker Barrel extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt to taste
- bag of tortilla chips
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until soft.

2Add chopped chilies or jalapenos (the more you use, the spicier it will be).

3Put tomatoes in a colander and squeeze them dry.

4Then add to onion and chilies.

5Slowly, add grated cheese, stirring constantly, until melted.

6Add salt to taste.

7Serve warm with chips.
