Ingredients

  • Beef sliced thin
  • 1 or 2 onions thin sliced
  • large carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 pods of garlic smashed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 green onion
  • coat with soy sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and let marinate until needed (doesn't have to marinate long).

    Cook in pan until done - add water to make more sauce.

    Cornstarch can be added to thicken the sauce. Serve over rice or noodles
