Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 -2 tablespoon Smart Balance light butter spread, I use Benecol Light Spread
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

    Bring water to boil. Add bulgur, cover and simmer 20 minutes.

    Stir in applesauce, Benecol, and honey.
  3. 3
    If desired sprinkle with Cinnamon and serve.
