- 2 cups water
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 -2 tablespoon Smart Balance light butter spread, I use Benecol Light Spread
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions

1Bring water to boil. Add bulgur, cover and simmer 20 minutes.

2Stir in applesauce, Benecol, and honey.

3If desired sprinkle with Cinnamon and serve.
