- 2 stalks celery, chopped (1 c.)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. bulgur
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. sunflower seeds
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Stir all ingredients together, except cheese.

2Pour into casserole.

3Bake, covered.

4The last 5 minutes, add triangles of Cheddar cheese.

5Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted in 375° oven for 35 minutes.
