  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped (1 c.)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 c. bulgur
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. sunflower seeds
  • Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Stir all ingredients together, except cheese.

    Pour into casserole.

    Bake, covered.

    The last 5 minutes, add triangles of Cheddar cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted in 375° oven for 35 minutes.
