  • 1 c. warm beef stock
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 6 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste
