- 45 lb. chili meat
- 1 1/2 lb. chili powder
- 7 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 9 oz. paprika
- 6 oz. cumin
- 2 1/4 oz. black pepper
- 4 1/2 oz. granulated garlic
- water
- cracker meal
Directions

1Cook meat over medium heat for 45 minutes.

2Add chili powder, salt, paprika, cumin, black pepper and garlic.

3Stir well and continue to cook for 15 minutes.

4Add water to cover and stir well; bring back to boil.

5Stir in cracker meal slowly, stirring constantly, to avoid lumping, to desired thickness.
